This was given to me by an acquaintance of my husband, but I haven't had a chance to use it and it has been stored at home. I took out only the rice bowl once to take pictures for this listing, but it has not been used otherwise. This product is not dishwasher or microwave safe. There are many other precautions, so please be sure to check photos 5-7 before proceeding with the transaction if there are no issues. I will ship it in the original box, with the instruction manual included.
