I used this as a towel rack in the changing room for about three years. I'm selling it because I don't need it anymore after moving! You fix the included metal pieces to the wall and then hang the rack on them. The small screws are for securing the rack after hanging it. A very small hex wrench is required, so I'll include one I had at home, although it's not an original accessory. I used it daily, so there's some wear and tear, but overall, I think it's clean. There are some areas where the stainless steel has become cloudy, so please consider this a used item.
