Returns and exchanges will only be accepted in cases of significant damage; please notify us before giving a rating.
⚠️The dried flowers on sale are purchased items, flowers dried after purchasing cut flowers, plants cultivated by ourselves, and plants that grew wild and were dried. We wash the flowers when possible before drying. We inspect them, but we cannot guarantee that there will be no insects.
Also, insects may appear depending on the storage conditions after purchase.
Please understand this, and if you are sensitive or particular, please refrain from purchasing.
If you wish, we can treat them with an insect repellent spray for dried flowers before shipping, so please let us know.
