This is a Daido Fukutai abdominal binder. It's a Velcro type, but it doesn't stretch much, so I think it's convenient when you're in the most pain after surgery. I used it when I gave birth via C-section in August. I used about four of them, rotating them for about two weeks, so I didn't use them that much.
