There's a string that's been sticking out since I bought it, but otherwise, there's no noticeable damage. The shape of the collar changes depending on how you fasten the buttons (images 1 and 2). I will ship it folded compactly, either in a recycled plastic bag or a paper bag, and will compress it if necessary. Please refrain from price negotiations.
