Cleaned. I purchased this myself, but I am now putting it up for sale. There is a corrective seam guard typical of shapewear on the back (image 2). It has been cleaned, but it has been about three years since I purchased it, so please understand that it is a used shapewear item. Please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about this. Please read my profile before purchasing. I have other items for sale too!
