I bought this, but realized it was the wrong size without ever wearing it... (￣▽￣;) I don't remember where I bought it... I haven't worn it, but I've already cut off the tags. I'd be happy to give it to someone who will wear it and enjoy it. The waist is elastic. There's elastic in the back of the neckline as well, so I think it's an easy-to-wear outfit.
