It's rare in Japan, but in the US, you need a military license to use military logos, etc. This one has the proper certification label. The size is free size, with an adjuster at the back. Out of all the customers I've served, only one person didn't fit, so it's a perfect size for Japanese people. The cost of obtaining a US military license is not used for military purposes, but for the support of families of those missing in action, prisoners of war, and the sick and wounded.
