This is a hat (straw hat). It was purchased in Osaka in 2012. It is black, 12cm high, with external dimensions of 28cm in length and 23cm in width. The internal dimensions (circular part) are 20cm in length and 17cm in width. However, please note that these measurements are approximate due to being taken by a non-professional. It has never been worn and has been stored at home.
