This is a paper A4 two-hole binder I bought in France a long time ago, and it's about 8cm thick. I didn't actually use it much, but there are fine scratches all over the surface, and as you can see in photo 6, there is rust? on the metal fittings. I get the impression that cute designs on sturdy binders like this are rare in Japan, so I'm hesitant to lower the price because it's large and the shipping will be a bit expensive, but I'm listing it in the hopes that someone will find it useful. I plan to pack it in plastic and cardboard and send it via Rakuraku Mercari Delivery.
