These are Montbell hiking pants. The product information is a screenshot from the web. My son, who was in high school a few years ago, used these in a mountaineering class. He only wore them 2-3 times. There are no tears or frays, but there is some slight soiling on the right side of the seat. Also, his name is written on the tag in marker. Size is M. Actual measurements are: Waist: 85-90cm Inseam: Approximately 79cm They have a relaxed fit, but I think the rise is shallow. I will sell these to someone who will take them in this condition.
