This is a drawstring shoulder bag by Roberta Pieri. I think it's a rare shape. The shoulder strap is removable, so it can also be used as a handbag. I purchased it about 7 or 8 years ago at a store in Shinjuku. It has a navy and white stripe/border design. I didn't use it very often, so I think it's in relatively good condition, but if you look closely at the white fabric, some people might see some yellowing. There are no stains inside, but there are some black spots near the tag (see photo).
