I made these to prevent the hems from touching the floor when using the restroom, from getting caught in bicycle chains, and from slipping down during water play. They fasten by hooking the fabric-covered buttons together. They are compact and easy to carry around. The length is approximately 30cm when the elastic is not stretched. Please understand that these are handmade by an amateur hobbyist before purchasing.
