I purchased this at a GU store about two years ago. Product number: 241-350193 (42-01) Size: S, with two pockets. Shoulder straps are removable and adjustable. I only tried it on indoors after purchasing it, and I have never used it outside. I am selling it because it doesn't suit my body type, and I have never had a chance to wear it. I think it's in very good condition. As far as I can see, there are no stains. There are some wrinkles from storage. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about this.
