I am the daughter of a former funeral home owner. I am selling this item to clear out my family home. This is a large mokugyo (wooden fish) approximately 25x30cm. I purchased it for work, but I didn't have many opportunities to use it. The mokugyo has some black stains, possibly from ash. The cushion is clean. The stick shows signs of use and dirt. I believe the sound is very good. This is quite large for home use, so I think it would be suitable for use in a temple or similar setting. Please consider this a used item.
