This is a WTAPS pin badge with an eagle design. It is an authentic item purchased at the Hooligans Fukuoka store. The black cap is missing, as it was taken out of the package and stored at home. Also, there is no rust or deformation, but there may be fine scratches. Price reduction is possible.
