Some fabrics may have small black specks. This is called "kasu nokoshi" (leftover flecks) and is a natural finish that leaves some of the fiber residue. It is not a stain, so please use it with confidence. Normally, the fabric is pre-washed before sewing, but for hygiene reasons, I have not pre-washed it.
