Looks like a Tomy Q-Train. 485 series (JNR Limited Express color) "Limited Express Raicho" It's supposed to run with a remote control, but there's no controller. There's a place to put batteries, but it's unclear if it will run with batteries inserted. Therefore, it may be a junk item, but I will list it as an object.
