The case is 18 cm, and the body is 16 cm. For a doll around 45 cm, it's about the right size for a violin relative to a human. It's very well made, and you can even adjust the strings. Rosin is applied to the bow, so it actually makes a sound (though I don't think the notes are accurate). It would also be good just as interior decoration.
