The upper edge of the inkstone and the sea are carved with auspicious clouds, and a dragon is intricately carved on the left side of the inkstone tongue. The stone pattern clearly appears in a mottled pattern from the sea to the top of the hill. When light is applied, it sparkles silver against a dark background. The inner edge is carved so finely that it feels like it could cut the fingertip, demonstrating the skill of the craftsman. Also, the underside of the inkstone is carved, leaving about 13mm from the edge, making it a work of art with a sense of style. Due to its size and the beauty of the carving, it is considered to be particularly favored by women. Furthermore, it is a craft item that enthusiasts will covet. I felt it was a shame to use it.
