This is a St. John's Bay Big Mac heavy flannel shirt. Made in the USA, these larger sizes are becoming hard to find. The size is L, and the measurements are: Shoulder width: 52cm, Body width: 62cm, Sleeve length: 58cm, Length: 78cm. It's a generous size, so you can wear it over a hoodie.
