This is a "Mångata" beer vessel, featuring the earthy textures, shapes, and beautiful glazes of the works by the husband-and-wife team of Naoyoshi Kanazawa & Ayo Osachi, who create pottery in Amakusa. Worked as a video director in Fukuoka, involved in planning and producing programs. "Mångata" A Swedish word that cannot be directly translated, but if translated, it means "moonlight reflecting on the water like a path." On a full moon night with the sound of the tide echoing, standing still, one feels as if time has stopped around them, enveloped in the silence and mysterious atmosphere. In the cold air and rising thin mist, the path of the moon reflected on the water seems to invite the artist on a new journey. This series expresses the gentle time and scenery with fluctuating glazes, the scent of the sea, and the sea breeze caressing the cheeks.
