【FIXED-WAH Details】 Handmade product ● This product delivers the sweet, smooth, and unique tone that is the hallmark of sounds like B'z Tak Matsumoto and Michael Schenker, achieved by fixing the position of a wah pedal in a half-cocked position. Inspired by Mr. Tak's guitar, the GIBSON Les Paul Goldtop, the label and lettering are carefully adorned with gold leaf to express the golden color. ● Famous FIXED-WAH effects include the FAT product used by Mr. Tak. Also, recently, there's the Indigo Note produced by Mr. Tak. The FDW-2 is designed with the concept of getting as close as possible to the TAK half-wah sound while focusing on cost performance, using components that are more affordable than the rare and expensive parts found in the above models. High-quality, extremely rare polystyrene capacitors are used in key areas of the sound circuit. ● Sound Customization Features Four sound adjustment trimmers are located on the right side of the case (Image 4). Adjustable with a thin Phillips head screwdriver. The initial position is the default sound position. Markings are placed at the initial position (Image 4). From left to right: 1st: Adjusts the volume and gain (distortion) of the half-wah sound. 2nd: Adjusts the BASS (low frequencies). 3rd: Adjusts the MIDDLE (mid frequencies) for sound thickness. 4th: Adjusts the frequency range of the half-wah effect. By using these adjustment features, you can create your own original FIXED-WAH sound. ● Knobs are available in two colors: gold and black. ● Common FIXED WAH products can sometimes produce noise or thin sound, and volume differences when the effect is turned on and off, but this product is designed to minimize these issues. ● The footswitch is true bypass. ● The power indicator is a blue LED. ● DC power is 9V center negative. 9V battery use inside the case is not possible. ● Case size is approximately 60 x 112 x 32 mm. Color is matte black (powder coating).
