It rings with a delicate "chirin" sound. It was actually hung and used for about 1-2 months in the summer of 2024. The part that catches the wind (the tag?) was originally made of paper, and it curled up and wouldn't go back to its original shape, so I replaced it with something handy (a plastic clothing tag). However, I will remove it if you don't need it. I plan to wrap it in cushioning material and ship it in a Yu-Packet Plus box.
