The flex is 4SR, which is lightweight, and it's a shaft with high straightness that doesn't wobble left or right even when you swing hard. I have been using this after purchasing it on this site. It is 0.75 inches (about 2 cm) shorter than the standard TaylorMade shaft length. The tip has not been cut, and it is a custom-made shaft.
