It has been used, but as you can see in the photos, there are no tears and it's still in good condition. However, there is a single black stain on the left sleeve, but it's hardly noticeable when worn! I am 171cm tall and weigh 67kg, and it fits with a little room even when wearing a thick sweatshirt. Personally, I wear a Small in the M65 USA size, so this size is perfect for me.
