This is a Toshiba CD radio cassette player. It can record and play from USB and SD cards. There is paint peeling around the LCD display, which has been repaired, but it doesn't look great (see images). The unit appears to be working fine. While I cannot offer a warranty, I appreciate your understanding and consideration.
