The color is gray (a gray that looks like dark brown). As shown in the photos, it's very convenient with 7 different ways to use it, such as a shoulder bag, backpack, and pochette. It's also recommended as a mother's bag. I've used it about twice and then stored it. It's in overall good condition as I haven't used it much, but there is some discoloration on the metal fittings, and there is one spot of dirt on the pouch, as shown in the 10th photo.
