In January, "Meet The Beatles," in April, "Beatles Second Album," in July, "Something New," and in December, "Beatles '65"... These became big hits, each selling over a million copies. However, they were all discontinued in 1987 when the original UK versions were all released on CD. ... But 17 years have passed since they were discontinued in '87, and finally, those American compilation albums have been decided to be released on CD! Moreover, they will be released as a box set containing all four albums! This box set, "Beatles Capitol Albums Volume 1," compiles the aforementioned four American compilation albums. With the CD release, both stereo and mono versions of each album are included. 12 out of the 45 total tracks are not included on the original UK versions.
