This is a square frying pan specifically for gas stoves. Not compatible with IH. Both the body and lid are fluorine-coated (see photo 5). The underside of the lid is wavy, perfect for shallow frying of meat, etc. The body is deep, making it versatile for grilling, simmering, and frying. Because it's a square, deep pan, you can even bake bread, including tall loaves. Both the body and lid are fluorine-coated and are in beautiful condition with almost no peeling or scratches.
