It shows signs of use, but there are no operational issues. With a full charge, it ran for 5 minutes and 00 seconds under load (high power mode) with the test cleaner head pressed against the floor. (The manufacturer's website states 5 minutes of operation in high power mode with the cleaner head when new.) Please note that I have only cleaned it superficially.
