This is a work by the clay artist Dolce Martin. I purchased it several years ago and have kept it in a dark place without taking it out of the bag. It's an oden mochi-kinchaku (rice cake pouch) brooch. The little character popping out is Mochikuma-san (Mochi Bear). It's really cute and perfect for the coming season. Due to being handmade, there may be initial scratches or imperfections. There is also some yellowing due to aging. Please consider purchasing only if you can accept all of the above.
