They have been cut for data conversion by someone else and then bound at Kinko's. Only the "Appraisal Theory" book has some colored pencil marks on the original cover, and there is a single page with pencil writing (which can be erased, but I will leave it as is). The materials other than "Appraisal Theory" are unused. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about home storage. I am also selling other study materials. Please consider them.
