It's easy to take off when going to the toilet, just undo the shoulder Velcro and it slips right off. The upper body is fleece. My daughter used it once for playing in the snow. There are no scuffs on the knees, bottom, hem, or sleeves. Personally, I think it's in very good condition. My youngest child might be able to wear it this season, but they refuse to wear it if it's not cool, so I'm hesitant, so please refrain from negotiating a significant price reduction.
