The shirt is L, and the pants are XL. I'm 170cm and 70kg, and there's plenty of room. The pants are thick, and the shirt isn't, but I was wearing layers underneath to stay warm. The pants were purchased new and used a few times, so they're in good condition. Both pockets have zippers, which is convenient for keeping small items from falling out.
