This is a hooded outer jacket from Haglöfs. The orange zipper adds a nice accent. Since it's not a water-resistant zipper, I think it's made more for stylish everyday wear rather than a jacket for serious mountain climbing or camping. I bought it at a Haglöfs shop in Harajuku before the pandemic when I was into mountain climbing. I loved the design and color and bought it immediately. However, (I did try it on), the size didn't quite fit me, so I didn't wear it very often. Even so, I've worn it about 12 times, so I hope you understand that it's a used item.
