Brand new, never worn. I haven't even tried them on. This model was only re-produced once. The production numbers are far fewer than the Klondike, which is said to have a low production run. It's said that the width is narrower than the regular version, so a size 9.5 is a golden size. They're rare, so I might keep them and wear them myself if I change my mind. This is a brand new, unused, deadstock pair of Red Wing Engineer Boots RED WING 9269 [Tan "Bullhide" Roughout] size 8 1/2, with the original box. For the 9269, they used bullhide (the hide of a breeding bull) and tanned it to create roughout leather, reproducing the roughout leather with long nap. The tag is a small feather tag, and the product information (model number, size, etc.) is heat-printed on the inside of the shaft. The box design is also the same as #9268, with a motif of the 1970s box label. Red Wing engineer boots themselves are discontinued, so don't miss out!
