This is a brand new, unsewn obi (sash) by Kyo Kinsai Yuzen artist, Mitsumasa Wada. It features a white base with an Ichimatsu (checkered) pattern. The design is rendered in gold on the left and silver on the right, creating a beautiful and stylish obi. It can be worn with formal attire such as tomesode (formal black kimono), homongi (visiting kimono), tsukesage (semi-formal kimono), and iromuji (single-colored kimono). The obi does not bear Mitsumasa Wada's signature.
