Worn twice. The hat was worn once. There is a small amount of pilling around the arms, but overall it's in beautiful condition with no noticeable signs of wear. The brim of the hat is slightly raised (see photo four). It might improve with care, but it wasn't particularly noticeable when worn. The lining is fluffy, so it can be used as an outer layer.
