This is a Mell-chan headband I purchased at Sanrio Puroland a few years ago. I only wore it once inside the park. It's for people, not for stuffed animals. As you can see in the photo, the flower on the left is slightly detached. I think it can be used without any problems if you glue it back on. I will put it in a bag and ship it in an envelope from the condition shown in the image. You can buy it immediately if there are no problems.
