This was purchased at the same store where I bought the helmet for my child's first Boys' Festival. Each carp streamer is about 30cm long. They are lightweight and filled with cotton. They have only been displayed once a year with the helmet, so there are no tears or damage. They look very cute when displayed with the helmet. Thank you for your consideration.
