This is a distinctive decorative belt featuring a combination of tonbo-dama (glass beads), wooden beads, and stone beads. Each individual bead is large and substantial, giving it a considerable presence and weight. The stringing between the beads consists of small black beads. The beads can be disassembled and used as materials for handmade crafts. This belt belonged to my mother, but I've never seen her wear it, so it's likely been stored in almost unused condition. Due to long-term storage, there may be minor dulling, but it blends well with the original subdued atmosphere and is not very noticeable.
