This is a cold-weather cape that can be attached to a baby carrier or stroller. I bought it about 5 years ago, but I never used it, so it's in good condition. *I removed the tags because I tried it on. It's made of soft fleece material that feels good against the skin. When not in use, it can be stored compactly and is convenient to carry. I will compress it for shipping to make it as small as possible. Please be aware of any folding wrinkles.
