This is the CUH-ZVR1, the original PS VR model. It has been stored with almost no use. I believe the condition is good, but the only missing item from the original package is the earphones. It can be used by connecting your own earphones, but I think it will be considered a junk item. The headset case was purchased separately, but I am including it in this sale.
