I bought it at a bookstore, but I threw away the box, so it's not included. I will offer a discount if you purchase it with other items. Since my child used it, there are scratches, etc. The text is tattered, and the last page is torn so badly that it's unreadable, so problems 57 to 60 might be difficult to solve, but you can tackle most of the problems.
