This is a pre-dyed fabric woven with the Shijira weave technique. It is woven with the traditional Japanese Ajiro pattern. The very small Ajiro pattern is called Mame-Ajiro. The uneven "shibo" characteristic of Shijira weave does not stick to the skin, creating excellent breathability and quick-drying properties. It is a cotton material that is gentle on the skin, has excellent water absorbency, and is a light and cool summer material.
