This is a keychain I bought at an aquarium a while ago. It has been stored for a long time, and the ring part has scratches and scuffs. It says "Lights Up!" on it, but it doesn't sparkle. Instead, it seems to glow a faint white in the dark. If anyone is interested, please consider purchasing it.
