Name written on the back in pen. There are marks on the opposite side from being folded and stored. The front has no noticeable scratches or stains. The part shown in the 7th photo was torn due to over-inflation, so it was cut off and used without it. That condition is shown in the 5th photo. There were no air leaks and it was used without any problems.
