The ruler has paint peeling, and there is a stain that looks like a thin film, possibly from the bag's vinyl melting and sticking (image 12). *The paint peeled off when I took it out of the bag and tried to wipe off the dirt. Therefore, it is technically unused. These are old items and have been stored by a private individual, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things or are looking for a perfect item. In addition, to prevent trouble, we cannot accept cancellations or returns after purchase, so please understand this. Regarding shipping, we will wrap the items in bubble wrap and ship them in an envelope (we may use recycled packaging materials). Thank you for your consideration!
