The crown functions to adjust the time, but it cannot be wound by hand and does not run. citizen pet 17 jewels phynox c.s. 20microns c.g.p. star stainless back 611701 0121047 I believe I purchased it in 1961. I used it around that time and in the 1980s, but it has been stored for several decades since then. The gold buckle has a "BEAR" stamp. I believe the black leather strap is from when I purchased it, but I'm not sure if it's correct. The fixed loop that holds the excess strap was stuck, and when I peeled it off, it tore. I will keep it separate. There are small scratches on the gold part around the dial. There are small scratches or dirt on the glass or inside the dial. There are also some peeling spots on the black leather strap. I apologize if I missed anything else. Please consider this item, understanding that it is a used item that has been stored at home for a long time. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
